This month we have two feature poets in Jae Jenkins Scott and Kia Went! As usual we’ll have open mic, a poetry slam with cash prize, the world-famous Some-Antics raffle, and of course resident DJ Ninja Bob.

10 open mic and 7 slam slots available.

Due to strong demand for these events, we highly recommend purchasing a ticket online before the event. Tickets will also be available at the box office on the night. If for any reason the ticket price is a problem, please let the box office staff know and you will be allowed in for free, no reason needs to be given.

Slam etiquette:

• 3 minutes per poet, points deducted for going over time

• 2 rounds of slam

• Perform 1 poem

• Original material only

• Audience judged

• Just for fun or rhyme to the death, either way bring a smile!
