Tony (15)

A 19-year-old Anthony Bourdain, before he became the beloved chef, author and travel documentarian, is taken under the wing of Chef Ciro during a summer in Cape Cod.

"★★★★ – a fond tribute and a sharp coming-of-age drama." – Hey You Guys

"a lovely and deeply likeable work" – Independent

"Banderas gives a fantastic performance" – Variety

"depicts a summer you’ll be hard-pressed not to be charmed by." – Empire

Before he became the beloved chef, author and travel documentarian, Anthony Bourdain was a listless writer who travelled to Provincetown in the mid-1970s after losing a scholarship and stumbled into the chaotic world of a restaurant kitchen. BAFTA nominee Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers) stars as the 19-year-old Tony, who discovers a new passion when he is taken under the wing of Chef Ciro (Banderas), setting off a summer that will shape the course of his life.
