We’ve teamed up with our friends at Pedestrian for Tell Tall Tales, an exciting reimagining of Leicester’s community folklore through music, film and storytelling.

Join us this half-term for a 3-day workshop for ages 14-17, where you’ll create your own animations based on the tall tales of Leicester which will then be shown at Phoenix and Leicester Gallery & Museum.

PLEASE NOTE: This 3-day workshop will take place on Wednesday 23 October, 10am – 3pm; Thursday 24 October,10am – 3pm; and Friday 25 October, 10am – 4pm. The Friday session has a later finish time than the other two days.

Pedestrian has been transforming the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people in Leicester(shire) through creativity for over 25 years. They are a leading arts and education organisation that provides education, outreach and training to children and young people (up to the age of 25) at risk, who are often socially excluded, in challenging circumstances and experiencing disadvantages.
