Join us for our April PLATFORM Network event as we welcome Annabel Grundy, managing director of Sheffield DocFest from 2022-24.

We are delighted to welcome Annabel Grundy as our speaker for our April PLATFORM Network event.

Annabel has worked in film for 20 years, in public policy and development, spanning roles as a grant maker and development manager, and as a producer of film festivals, cinemas and live events – always with a focus on and passion for independent creative voices and the power of community, and live audiences, to enrich lives and spark cultural conversation.

Between 2022-2024 she was managing director of Sheffield DocFest, the UK's largest documentary film festival and a global market for non-fiction works. Previously she has set up and managed commercially focused film investments and public cultural funds, and produced large scale film and theatre events and festivals in the UK and Australia.
